Introduction: Islamic-health.com continues to bring to you foods that have been mentioned in the Quran or Hadith. This time we will exalt the benefits of bananas, a fruit that’s known worldwide, and that has significant nutritional values. In the Quran: "And the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! Amid thorn less lote-trees, and banana-trees (with fruits), one above another. And extended shade, and water flowing constantly, and abundant fruit...” [al-Waq'iah; 56: 27-3]

Introduction: While researching the health benefits of Grapes, I found many resources that speak highly of them. So I am going to summarize my findings, and then list some references for you to use to expand your knowledge. In the Quran: "He causes to grow for you thereby herbage, and the olives and the plam trees, and the grapes, and of all the fruits; most surely there is a sign in this for a people who reflect" Chapter: 16 , Verse: 11
" And in the earth there are tracts side by side and gardens of grapes and corn and palm trees having one root and (others) having distinct roots-- they are watered with one water, and we make some of them excel others in fruit; most surely there are signs in this for a people who understand" Chapter: 13 , Verse: 4

Introduction:
Nowadays, there are plenty of ways for a person to get their daily intake of vitamins, proteins, and nutrients. You can just pop a pill, or stuff yourself with different “healthy” foods. So many choices out there, which puts us in a dilemma when trying to make a decision about food. Hence, the “Godly food” section is designed to help us make the right choices when it comes to food. A right choice indeed, since it is a revelation from God.
